Where else in the world can you find tropical property along the beachfront are located deep in the mountains on the continental divide or a jacket and long pants are not necessary? Costa Rica still has a lot to offer for the right price if you look far enough. Most people that visit this country think that a real estate agent is going to find them the best deal. This is not the case though, because the majority of property for sale in Costa Rica is never mentioned in a newspaper or listed with a real estate agent. The small mountain towns and even some of the small towns located along the coast are where you still can find good deals on occasion.
Remember that investments in Costa Rica real estate in the past are now worth 50 to 100% more than they were less than five years ago.
