Moldova to receive $400,000 for bird flu prevention

The United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) will grant the Moldova Government a non-reimbursable credit of 400,000 dollars for preventive measures against bird flu. The agreement was signed Monday by Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry Anatol Gorodenco and FAO representative to Moldova Maria Kadlecikova.
