Costa Rica Fishing - Gray Snapper Picture

Fish Description: The color of a Gray Snapper is dark brown or gray with reddish or orange spots in rows along each of its sides. There is a dark horizontal band from the snout up through the eye on the young snappers only. It has two dog type teeth at front of upper jaw. The dorsal fins have dark or reddish edges on them. There is no dark spot on the side of the Gray Snapper underneath the dorsal fin.
